The Bride's Story
Kathrin (Katie), originally from Kansas, ended up on the island of Hispanola almost 10 years ago. After travelling back and forth to Haiti for several years, she moved there permanently in 2004 to begin work at a rural hospital. She re-located to the Dominican Republic in January 2007.
