Our Story
Katie came to Santiago is the summer of 2005 to visit a friend who was studying abroad. A little bit of fate and a lot of karma led the two to meet at a local restaurant. Katie surprised Huby by mentioning that she lived in Haiti and the two came to realize how much that they had in common. After numerous trips across the border, love took its course and they are now living in Santiago together.
